My Journey and Approach
For over a decade, I have dedicated my career to understanding what drives people and how to help them thrive. Before establishing my private practice, I spent many years in the corporate world managing teams across sales, customer service and operations.
This background, combined with my own life journey — raising a family whilst experiencing the loss of loved ones — has given me valuable insight into the delicate balance so many of us seek between professional achievement and personal wellbeing. I understand how challenging it can be to juggle work commitments and family responsibilities while still finding space to care for your own mental and emotional health.
I believe effective therapy should feel supportive, practical and tailored to the individual sitting in front of me. Your experiences, challenges, and strengths are unique and the support you receive should reflect that. With compassion and flexibility, I work alongside you to shape sessions around your specific needs, helping you find a path forward that feels manageable and meaningful.
My approach draws on psychotherapy, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), and hypnotherapy to help clients understand patterns of thought and behaviour, develop healthier responses to stress, and build stronger emotional resilience. I hold professional qualifications in psychotherapy and NLP and remain committed to ongoing professional development to ensure the support I provide remains effective and up to date.
Outside of my work, I value time with my family and the importance of creating space away from the pressures of everyday life—something I encourage my clients to prioritise for their own wellbeing too.
